What’s better than organic deviled eggs?  How about organic deviled eggs with bacon, lettuce, and tomato (BLT)!  These deviled egg BLT bites are inspired by Keto Pots, a great resource for Keto-friendly recipes!

Ingredients

6 hard boiled Farmers Hen House eggs, peeled and halved

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp prepared horseradish

1/2 tsp dried dill

6 thin slices of bacon, cooked

6 small lettuce leaves

1 tomato, cut into 6 slices

salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl mash the yolks with a fork.

Step 2

Add the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, dill, and garlic powder and mix to combine.

Step 3

Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Step 4

Using a spoon or piping bag, fill the inside of the egg whites with the yolk mixture.

Step 5

Top the bottom halves with a piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, a strip of bacon and cover with the other egg half.

Step 6

Secure with a toothpick or cocktail stick and serve immediately.
