Organic Jumbo- USDA certified organic brown eggs. The hens are housed in open barns and fed an all organic diet. Jumbo eggs are popular with those who like to find a double-yolk egg from time to time.
Organic Large- USDA certified organic brown eggs. The hens are housed in open barns and fed an all organic diet. These eggs are the mainstay of our organic line of eggs. Most recipes are built around the use of large eggs.
Cage Free Jumbo- These are brown eggs from cage free hens. Due to their size, they may contain a double-yolk from time to time, which is entirely natural.
Cage Free Large- These are brown eggs from cage free hens. They are our most popular cage free product.
Cage Free Large- These are white eggs from cage free hens. The breed of the hen determines the shell color. In terms of nutritional value and the way they are produced, cage free white eggs are identical to our cage free brown eggs.
Cage Free Omega-3 Large- These are brown eggs from cage free hens, but with some added nutrients in their feed. These birds are fed a diet that includes flax seed, which in turn increases the level of omega-3 fatty acids in the eggs. Omega-3 has been found to be very beneficial to the body in brain function and heart health.

The USDA regulates USDA Organic sealed products, ensuring that organic standards are met from farm to table. Each farm must adhere to organic standards for at least three years before becoming USDA certified. Each year, farmers are inspected to ensure that they continue to meet all organic standards.
